First off my apology for low quality video and the initial low quality audio. I recorded this with my DVD video glasses which has poor resolution noisy.jittery video and audio. The upside its hands free! This is my new 2008 model Sun EZ-1 SX recumbent bike. My standard bike was just too uncomfortable and it bothered my hands and wrists and stressed my back and this bike takes care of that. Sun EZ-1 is an entry level recumbent and weighs in at about 38-40 lbs its not a fast bike but is about as fast as my Jamis hybrid. I set most of the video to a song I wrote/recorded several years back which has a traditional walking bass line with a little acoustic guitar improv!
